KOHEROA and LADY PAPPYGATE attracted attention when preparing for weekend racing with encouraging work. Galloping on a soft no3 grass. The Forsman trained pair hit the finish of 1000m together in 1.6 sprinting the last 600m in 36.8.

KOHEROA, who over raced when finishing well back last start has natural ability and should show his true form at Rotorua.  LADY PAPPYGATE, who powered home to gain her maiden win run at either Rotorua or New Plymouth. 

WHITE NOISE and SPORTING CHANCE left 1400m behind in 1.34.1 the final 600m in 37.

MARY SHAN and WESSEX were in good form when timed 1200m in 1.20, sprinting the last 600m in 37.1. 

HULABEAT strode an easy 1400m, the concluding 1000m in 1.9.4 and the final 600m in 42.9.

KENTUCKY ROSE was sent a similar mission the final 600m in 43.

MARGARET JEAN came in from the 1200m in 1.26 and 43.2 and THE GREENKEEPER cut 1200m out in 1.24.2 and 42.5.

Galloping on the poly track: 

NOT GUILTY and IMPENDABELLE completed a solid 1000m in 1.6.4, sprinting the concluding 600m in 36.7.

VAL DI ZOLDO was sent 1600m running the last 1200m in 1.22.5 the final 600m in 37.5.

SATIN DOLL came to the end of 1000m in 1.8 cutting out the final 600m in 38.1. ITSACHALMDEEL who ran an eye catching race fresh up, XRATED and PARAGON were on terms throughout 1400m clocked in 1.32.2, home in 38.6. Left 1400m behind in 1.30.8 and 37.4.

URLAR ran 1000m in 1.8 the final 600m in 38.4.

FULL TILT who won a recent trial looked in excellent order when completing 800m in 49.7 and 36.9. She is expected to run at the first Cambridge poly meeting for the winter next Wednesday. 

SLIPPER ISLAND had POETIC JUSTICE for a companion over 1000m run in 1.7.5 and 38.4.

PAX MUNDI ran solo 1000m timed in 1.8.3 home in 37.3.

ELUID ran the concluding 600m of 1000m and LUMINOSA CHARM came to the end of 800m in 54 the 600m in 39.

HE’S SO FINE returned 1.8.1 and 38 for 1000m. 

RIDE THE WAVE and CHAMBRAY were together throughout 1200m run in 1.23.6, home in 37.7.

REVUELTO and RAZIAH were clocked from the 1000m in 1.7.9 and 37.6.

Working on the sand:

UNEQUIVOCAL and BELARDI strode a comfortable 1000m in 1.12 the concluding 600m in 40.9.

CITY GIRL had PHEROZ DREAM for a mate over 1200m  run in 1.22.7, home in 41.6.
